We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify registered members of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility & Registration
Who Can Register
Andhra Matrimony is exclusively for individuals who are unmarried, divorced, widowed, or legally separated and seeking matrimonial alliances. Registration by or on behalf of minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated. Providing false information, including false marital status, identity, or photographs, is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one active account on Andhra Matrimony. Creating duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions or bans is prohibited. Profiles must represent real individuals — no business, agency, or bot accounts are permitted.
User Conduct
Respectful Communication
All interactions on Andhra Matrimony must be respectful and genuine. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, obscene content, or unsolicited advances are strictly prohibited. We have zero tolerance for any form of abuse.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Andhra Matrimony for commercial solicitation, spam, phishing, distributing malware, scraping data, impersonating others, or any unlawful purpose. You may not share contact details of other members without their explicit consent.
Content Standards
Profile photos must show a clear, recent image of yourself. Photographs of children, obscene content, watermarked images, or images featuring other people without consent are not permitted. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our standards.
Subscriptions & Payments
Free vs. Premium
Andhra Matrimony offers both free and premium membership tiers. Free members can create profiles and browse matches with limited features. Premium subscriptions unlock advanced features including contact viewing, priority listing, and enhanced privacy controls.
Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected plan period. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as available. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund for first-time premium subscribers who are not satisfied, provided no premium features have been used. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team. Subsequent subscriptions are non-refundable.
Privacy & Safety
Meeting in Person
If you choose to meet someone from Andhra Matrimony in person, exercise caution. Always meet in public places, inform a trusted person of your plans, and conduct your own due diligence. Andhra Matrimony is not responsible for offline interactions.
Reporting
If you encounter suspicious profiles, harassment, or any content that violates our terms, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or legal escalation.
Financial Scams
Never send money to someone you have not met in person and verified. Andhra Matrimony will never ask you to transfer money to another member. If anyone on our platform requests money, please report them immediately.
Termination & Suspension
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine your presence poses a risk to other members or the platform.
By You
You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from search results, though some data may be retained as required by law.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any unused premium subscription days are forfeited and non-refundable unless termination was caused by our breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee of Matches
Andhra Matrimony provides a platform to connect individuals seeking matrimonial alliances. We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any relationship formed through our platform.
Platform Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, technical issues, or discontinuation of services.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andhra Matrimony's liability to you for any claim arising from use of our platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
